UserConnect Social is a built in social networking application that allows users to connect and engage with one another within the LMS. UserConnect Live takes user engagement a step further, allowing admins, managers, and users to video conference and chat with one another one-on-one or in on-demand group chats. Live has three different settings. 

 

Enable/Disabled UserConnect Live

Enable or disable the UserConnect Live user listing and chat functionality for admins and users.

 

Admin/Manager Portal Chat Settings

Configure who can initiate one-on-one and group chats from the admin/manager interface.

 

User Learning Portal Settings

Configure who users can see as 'online' and initiate one-on-one and groups chats with when logged into the Learning Portal Website.
