The settings here allow you to configure the learning portal top/bottom status bars, and which icons should appear in to users in the status bars and user menu.
Both the top and bottom Status Bar can be set to Light or Dark Theme (independent of each other).
Which notifications, if any, the appear in the top Status Bar can be dictated; and the persistence of the Status Bars can be changed.
