How long does it take to set up our LMS?
Once you have purchased your system, it usually takes 1 to 3 business days to set up.
How long are the contracts?
Contracts for Axis LMS are available from 1 to 3 years in length.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via Visa and Mastercard for both monthly and annual billing. For annual billing, we also also accept payment by check or bank transfer.
Can I scale and expand our LMS at any time?
Expanding your system is usually seamless and in most cases results in less than 1 hour of downtime (and sometimes, no downtime at all).
Are system patches and upgrades included?
All systems are automatically patched, updated and upgraded with all the latest features, at no additional cost.
What web browsers will Axis LMS work with?
Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Safari and Chrome are supported (Chrome Browser Recommended). Mobile devices (like iPad, iPhone, and Android devices and tablets) are compatible as well.
What type of support is available?

How safe is my data?
All Axis LMS hosted (SAAS) systems are hosted at a leading data center which offers state-of-the-art hosting facilities, which are monitored via 24-hour surveillance. Your system will be on a server that is backed up daily. Network and system monitoring are performed continuously, and staff is on-site and ready to troubleshoot and fix any network, hardware, or software issue within minutes of it occuring.
