Importing Instructors
Learning > Instructor Led Training > Instructors > + Import Instructors
The ILT Instructor Import is used to quickly elevate learner-level Users to that of an Instructor, in bulk. This process does not add Instructors, but elevates existing Users to that role. If you do not have Users already, you may create some from the Users tab.
From this page, step 1 will provide a spreadsheet that's been properly formatted for import. You'll need to fill out (minimally) the first column: Existing Username. Additional columns are optional, but do round out your Instructor for users.
After filling out and saving your spreadsheet locally, upload it from your desktop for processing in the LMS.
Note that if you want to include HTML in either of the imported Bios, you may do so.
