Session Management Dashboard
Learning > Instructor Led Training > Training Programs > Manage > Training Sessions
The Session Management Dashboard is where a Program's Sessions can be Added, Edited, Activated, and Removed. There are three statuses a Session can have: Active, Pending, or Past.

Adding New Sessions
When Adding a new Session, you'll be prompted to provide it a name. This is a user-facing name, and you'll usually want it to be concise.
Next you'll be prompted for a Seat limit, and the option to fill out metadata about the Session; the metadata provided helps with filtering Sessions.

Managing In-Progress Sessions
In-Progress Sessions are highlighted in Blue. The Active Status indicates that Users can see and interact with these Sessions; if seats are available, and it's allowed, Users can sign up for these.
From a management perspective, you can Edit these sessions, add or remove Meetings from these sessions, and enroll/disenroll Users from these sessions.
Managing Pending Sessions
Pending Sessions are highlighted in Yellow, and are hidden from Users; they may still have some details that need to be ironed out before being ready for Users consumption. When a new Session is Added, they are added as Pending Sessions.
From a management perspective, you can Edit these sessions, add or remove Meetings from these sessions, and Activate from these sessions. Consider reviewing your Waitlist and Email Notification before Activating a Session, Activating a Session may send automated notifications based on these settings.
Managing Past Sessions
Past Sessions are highlighted in white, and can be considered historical; you can continue to see data about them, and review Attendance records.
From a management perspective, you can Edit these sessions, add or remove Meetings from these sessions, and review the Roster of Users from these sessions.
