Similar to how Certification Programs can attach resources to their programs, Instructor Led Training Programs can do the same. From the Program Dashboard, select the Linked Resources tile.

If any files are uploaded as a Linked Resource, users enrolled into a Session of the Program will be able to access these files, and a new page will be available on the user side, allowing them to access the materials easier. 

Uploaded files can be renamed to be more user-friendly, re-organized to create a more logical order, or removed if a file is being replaced. A common approach to using the Linked Resources is to rename the uploaded files to align to a Meeting in a Session; for example, files intended for week one of a Session may be prepended with "Week One - ".
