Here is where you choose what you want to use to stream your video recording.

By default the built-in strearming is selected, which uses the Jitsi streaming service. This is the most seamless option.

If you prefer to use the Zoom streaming service, you can choose that option. Just be aware that there will be a few extra steps to use that service, and a handful of settins/options available are not compatible with the Zoom video streaming service.
