It will be useful to setup the defaults for each new ILT Program you create, as this will save you a lot of time having to recreate the same settings over and over again for each program. 

From here, set up each area as you would would like all (or most) of your ILT Programs to use as their starting point. Then, each time a new ILT Program gets created, it will start off with these settings.
