Available Workflow Conditions

When adding a Condition to a Workflow, an admin may select one or more from the following lists:

 

Certification Conditions

Based on Certification Status - Run actions based on whether or not a user is certified in a certification program. Suspended Certifications will count as "Actively Certified".  

Checklist Conditions

Based on Checklist Completion - Run actions based on whether or not a user has completed a checklist.

Course Conditions

Based on Course Enrollment - Run actions based on whether or not a user is enrolled in a course.

Based on Course Completion - Run actions based on whether or not a user has completed (or passed/failed) a course.

Gamification Conditions

Based on Achievement Points - Run actions based on the total number of achievement points a user has earned.

ILT Conditions

Based on User ILT Program Completion - Run actions based on whether or not a user has completed an ILT program.

Learning Path Conditions

Based on User Learning Path Enrollment - Run actions based on whether or not a user is enrolled in a learning path.

Based on User Learning Path Completion - Run actions based on whether or not a user has completed a learning path.

User Conditions

Based on User Profile - Run actions based on the value of the user's profile fields.

Based on User's Manager - Run actions based on the manager (if any) that this user reports to.

Based on User Organization - Run actions based on whether or not a user is a member of an organization/branch.

Based on User System Variable - Run actions based on the value of a system variable.

Based on User Usergroup - Run actions based on whether or not a user is a member of a usergroup.

Workflow Conditions

Based on Local Workflow Variable - Run actions based on the value of a local workflow variable.
