Managing Workflows

Workflow History

System > Automations > Workflows > Workflow History

Under the System dashboard, select Automations, and then select Workflows and Workflow History.

Workflow History Listing

The Workflow History Listing has several icons along the top right to allow the admin to:

1) Apply a Filter 
Applicable filters include Workflow Caption, Affected User, and Workflow Execution Date (range)

2) Print the Listing

3) Export the List
The exported report includes 'top-level' report data, available from the Listing view

Each "Workflow" in the Listing includes some at-a-glance information about the Workflow's execution history. This includes the Workflow caption, the User, when it was most recently run for the user, and how the Workflow was initiated. 

Each Workflow also has a Details button associated with the record, allowing the viewer to pull up more detailed information about this execution of the Workflow. 

Viewing the Details of a record will go into detail about which Condition the User met when this Workflow successfully ran for the user, and what Actions were executed by virtue of meeting those Conditions.
