Axis LMS as a Mobile App for your Users

You may want or need to enable your users to access your training content from their mobile devices, and your first though may be 'is there a mobile app'? Yes - Axis LMS is available as a PWA App for Apple and Android devices.

Setting Your App Icon and Title
You can set up both the App name and Icon as the admin by navigating here:

System > System Settings > Mobile App Settings

Simply type in the name for your App as you would like it to appear on your user's home screens, and drag in the icon - which must be a .png image file.

For users, they will follow the steps below:

iPhone / iPad Users
If your users are using an iPhone or iPad, follow these steps to add an app icon to the home screen:

1. Open the user login page in the Safari browser
2. Click the share button
3. Click Add to Home Screen
4. Click Add

Android Phone / Tablet Users
If your users are using an Android phone or tablet, follow these steps to add an app icon to the home screen:

1. Open the user login page in the web browser
2. Click the vertical ... menu button
3. Click Add to Home Screen
4. Click Add
