1. Annual maintenance fees are optional after year1, and include all updates, upgrades, free hosting (if needed), and ticketing system (online) tech support for the LMS for as long as you keep the contract current.
2. Weblearning Enterprise Server licenses are for you or your company to use internally only. Author/Admin accounts are typically accessed directly by employees - not customers. The license provides that customer (you) will not collect revenue by reselling author/admin accounts to customers (you can resell "student" accounts, however).
