CD Menu Maker is a Windows application that enables you to visually layout and design software and CD-Rom menus.

The programming language is Atrixware PowerScript and is based on Microsoft Visual Basic, so it is easy to use. However, even if you don't want to code, there are over a dozen code wizards that will write code for you!
