Accessing your Admin Control Panel

Ticketing System Support
For General Support, submit a ticket at http://www.atrixware.com/support (response times usually immediate to 4 hours during business hours, and never more than 24 hours otherwise).
Site Backups/Restores
We perform automated daily backups of all 'physical' servers in case of a catastrophic failure (such as a hard-drive failure or data-center issue). This includes data such as databases, users, emails, IP addresses, etc.
However, you should also back up your site periodically. You can do this from your Plesk admin panel. You can both do a manual backup, and schedule automated backups yourself from inside your website control panel.
