Overview: Atrixware BasicSurvey Features

Here is a list of the standard features available on the Atrixware BasicSurvey system.

Up to 100 hosted surveys

This means that you can have as many as 100 different surveys available for people to take at any one given time.

Unlimited Questions per Survey

This means that you can have an unlimited number of questions in each survey (although don't make them too long if you want people to actually complete them).

Unlimited Responses per Survey

This means that you can have an unlimited number of people take your survey - 10, or 10 thousand, who's counting (we aren't).

Customized Colors and Fonts

This means that you can configure the colors and fonts for your survey using the easy-to-use settings panel, or if you know CSS, you can write complex CSS styles if you would like.

Customized Response Pages for your Surveys

This means that you can setup what the person sees after they submit their responses - typically a 'thank you' page, but, you can have it say whatever you would like (on the professional plan, you can even direct the responses to your own server page if you need to analyze responses internally).

Use of all Popular Survey Question Styles

This means that you can enter all of the question styles used in a typical survey.

Easy to Use Authoring and Delivery Panel

This means that you wong need to be a computer expert to use the system effectively.

Per-person and Per-survey Response Analysis

This means that you can view the responses per individual that took the survey, or, analyze responses across the entire survey (like, how many times was each response given for each question).

These are not available in all plans

Ask for Person Identification

This means you can choose to (or not to) ask each person taking your survey to identify themselves in some way (could be their name, or any other identifier you choose). Available in Professional Plans.

Get Response Reports Emailed to You

This means you can configure your account to automatically email you each time any survey is complete (and the email will include the responses). In addition, you can configure each survey with this function (either in addition to, or instead of the account email function). Available in Professional Plans.

Require People to Answer Specific Questions

This means you can configure (on a per-question basis) which questions need to be answered by people taking your survey (as opposed to questions that can be skipped). Available in Professional Plans.

Access to Activity Logs

This means you can pull up a report on every person that accessed your survey (when they first access it, and when they complete it). Time, date, and IP address are all tracked. Available in Professional Plans.

Brand Surveys with Custom Logos

This means you can integrate your own logo into your survey, and even use a different one for each survey if you choose. Available in Professional Plan only.

Include Images and Files in your Questions

This means you can upload and then integrate images, office documents, PowerPoint presentations, videos, and more with your survey questions.  Available in Professional Plan only.

Send Invitations/Track Completions

This means you can email specific end users (if you know their email address) using a built-in email feature. Each person emailed will appear in the survey listing as a 'pending' candidate until they complete the survey. Available in Professional Plan only.

Configure your own Response-Submit Page

This means you can redirect responses from the main basicsurvey.net system to your own response-processing page or script. For example, you may want to receive the responses from a survey directly into your own custom system, and perform advanced statistical analysis from there. Available in Professional Plan only.
