Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

Returns

If you have received a damaged shipment, contact us at our toll-free number or via our email or support system, and we will quickly act to resolve the issue and make sure you receive a replacement non-damaged shipment. All software and services purchased from Atrixware are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

If, within 30 days of your purchase, you would like to exchange one product for another, we may be able to accommodate you - we can apply your purchase price towards the new product or service you would like. Contact your account representative for more information.

Refunds

All products and services purchased from Atrixware are non-refundable. We offer the majority of our products in 'trial' versions. All evaluations of the products you are planning on purchasing should be done during that 'trial' time, which in most cases is an unlimited time frame. Once you have purchased a product (or committed to purchasing a product), we are not able to offer refunds, as is typical when purchasing software.
